Incident Status
The status of the incident indicates whether it has been resolved or not. The incident status must immediately show whether the incident is still being mitigated. Below is a list of recommended statuses that are given in the FMON incident system:

| Active | Incident occurred |
| Resolved | Incident has been resolved |
A. Editing incident status
Step 1 : From the sidebar menu, choose Apps , then click FMON - Incident
Step 2 : Click Settings
Step 3 : In the Status tab, choose an existing incident status, then click the Edit icon.
Step 4 : Edit the Name and Description for the label if desired.
Step 5 : Click Edit Status to update the incident status
